The Journey: Who We Work With

We provide opportunities for you to access development at any stage of your life and career. There are no right or wrong ways to experience life but there are certainly some tools that might make it a more enjoyable and rich experience.

We like to be able to support people at all stages of their lives as we all need different support and development as we go through life. So how and what do we do to support this mission?

Starting Out

When starting out it can be daunting to think of the working world and how to navigate it and be prepared for it. You can never be 100% prepared for it but you can get some amazing advice and connections to help you arrive at work and enjoy the experience.

We can offer you a mentor who can support you on this help you think about what to do, someone who can share their stories and support you on your journey.

Corporate Life

We develop at all points of our career to enable growth no matter what level from graduate to C suite level

Contrary to poular opinion, life at C/suite level can be a lonely existence.

We offer corporate mentoring programmes that complement your own internal programmes which enable you to take advantage of a valuable external perspective.

Making changes can be hard. Making big decisions about whether to leave a “comfortable” life with a company you have been with for years, when you know in your heart of hearts that it’s time to spread your wings

The professional world contuously evolves. There is an increased acceptance of portfolio careers, where you build your knowledge and skills in different working environments instead of just one place.

We are here to help you following periods of maternity leave, or after having taken a sabbatical. We are here when you could do with someone outside your organisation to talk to or explore your options.

For those in Service life, entering Civvy Street can be daunting. We can add to the help that you are receiving from your organisation with some additional support from within industry.

We are here for you if you are returning to work from a period of being unemployed
